How it works
From service request to completed work
Each job follows four practical steps so everyone understands the work, the schedule, the current status, and the final result.
1. Request and clarify
Share the location, timing, equipment, constraints, and desired result. We resolve missing details and identify dependencies.
2. Plan and coordinate
ITechSVC confirms the work plan, commercial terms, access conditions, documentation requirements, and escalation contact before assignment.
3. Complete the onsite work
Approved field personnel follow the defined scope. Questions, exceptions, and requested changes are reviewed during the visit.
4. Review and close
We review the required documentation, resolve missing items, and deliver a useful completion record.
